LAKE MUNMORAH MOTEL IS A SMOKE FREE ESTABLISHMENT.
In accordance with the smoke free environment act 2000 all rooms and common areas of Lake Munmorah Motel are Non-Smoking.
The 4m Smoking Law also applies to entry/exit doors to the motel building.
Management would prefer that there was no smoking anywhere onsite outside of the designated smoking area.
Management reserves the right to impose a cleaning fee of up to $300 if:
Your room smell like Cigarette Smoke or other Strong Odours.
Your room is excessively dirty.
Your used Linen and towels are excessively dirty.
Any Theft, Damages, Smoking Surcharges or Cancellation Fees will be added to the room account and charged to your credit card.
All items that belong to the motel must stay onsite. These include towels, bedding & crockery.
Reception/Office hours are 8am to 8pm.
CHECK IN is available from 2pm until 8pm.
CHECK OUT is by 10am.
Any extension to a stay will need to be agreed to by management and paid for before the original agreed check out time.
Your room allocation may be changed at the discretion of management.

To check in, we require you to accept our terms and conditions by filling out & signing a Registration Form.
We also ask that you provide us with your CREDIT CARD details (for incidentals/damages) and valid Drivers Licence or similar for ID purposes and pay for the expected stay for room/s booked.
Payment can be made by Cash, Debit EFTPOS, MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
The Primary guest (the person that booked the room & supplied ID & credit card details) shall be responsible for the room and the behavior of all guests included in the booking and must be over 25 years old. Guests under the age of 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Below is a list of issues that tend to cause problems for management.
Please refrain from involving yourself with any of the below during your stay:
Visitors - This is anyone coming onto site whom is not included in the guest booking.
They may not be aware of the house rules or be insured whilst at the motel.
Unauthorised guests - this is someone who is not included in the booking staying the night. Charges may apply.
Inflatable beds - would indicate there may be an unauthorised guest/s.
Party's - Our main product for sale is a good nights sleep.
Even a gathering of just a handful of people in one room sounds like a party if you are trying to sleep next door.
Excess noise - We ask all guests to consider the quiet enjoyment of other guests, particularly when entering/leaving site
or when using a mobile phone.
Pets and Animals - For the comfort and safety of all guests, any live animals, including pets are not allowed into the building.
Cooking - The use of gas burners or electric cooktops are not covered by our insurance.
The reheating of pre-prepared meals using the microwave & using the toaster is acceptable.
Naked flames - Such as candles & the burning incense is prohibited for safety reasons
Glitter/Talcum powder - we have found that the even a small amount of either requires an large cleaning effort
which may attract a charge for such.
